The Band Boosters Club is an organization of parents, grandparents and other interested parties. The mission of the club is to provide financial support and help to promote band spirit. Membership is open to anyone with a sincere interest in the welfare and success of the Morristown West High School Bands.

There are ways for all to be involved with the Band Boosters. Do you have a talent that we haven’t thought of yet? Let us know! We want everyone to be involved in the success of the band program. Please fill out this survey so we know what your interests and talents are. Parent Volunteer Survey

Why We Need Your Help
Many local band programs have participation fees of $300-500. You can keep this program available to all students by donating your time and talent. The Band Boosters earned $34,302 during the 2009 to 2010 school year, with most of that money being earned through the operation of our concession stands. That calculates to roughly $500 donated for each student in the program - money that parents did not have to spend for their child to participate in band. In exchange, we are asking all parents to volunteer their time to band boosters. Volunteer hours can be spent working in concessions, chaperoning, altering/repairing uniforms, soliciting donations from area businesses, working at various fundraisers, coordinating schedules with parents, planning parties, etc. PLEASE be generous with your time!
